Practical brand, web, and local visibility support for small businesses

Most small business owners do not need another generic website package. They need someone who can understand the whole business, clarify what makes it valuable, and help connect the pieces customers actually experience: the website, Google search, maps, social media, booking tools, menus, events, email, local marketing, and day-to-day digital systems.

My work is designed for small businesses that are ready to become clearer, easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to work with.

I help business owners translate what they already know about their business into practical tools that support real customer action.

That may include
  • Brand positioning and messaging
  • Website structure and content
  • Google Business Profile and Maps visibility
  • Local search and basic SEO
  • Booking, menu, POS, or customer pathway integration
  • Social media and content structure
  • Event or campaign planning
  • Neighborhood marketing and geofencing strategy
  • Ongoing digital support and optimization

The goal is not to add complexity. The goal is to make the business clearer, more visible, and more usable.

Step 1

Free 30-Minute Fit Call

Every project starts with a free 30-minute fit call or meeting.

This is a simple conversation to understand where your business is now, what you are trying to build, and whether my approach is a good match for your needs.

We may discuss your current website, Google presence, customer experience, marketing goals, business systems, and any immediate pain points. This call is not a full strategy session, but it helps determine whether there is a meaningful path forward.

Step 2

Required Strategy Session

If we decide there is a good fit, the next step is a paid strategy session.

This session is required before any project scope or long-term agreement is created. The reason is simple: small businesses often need clarity before they need deliverables. A website, campaign, or digital system should not be built until we understand the business, the customer experience, the current tools, and the real opportunities.

This is a working session, not a sales meeting.

During this session, we look closely at your business and identify practical ways to improve your public presence, customer pathway, and digital systems. You will leave with useful recommendations, whether or not we continue working together.

That is intentional.

Some businesses may choose to take the ideas and implement them on their own. Others may decide they want help building, refining, or managing the pieces. Either outcome is appropriate.

Cost
$350
Length
2.5 to 3 hours
Format
In person or virtual, depending on the project
What we may cover
  • Business goals and current challenges
  • Brand identity and customer perception
  • Website structure and content needs
  • Google Business Profile and local visibility
  • Search, maps, and customer discovery
  • Social media and content opportunities
  • Booking, POS, menu, email, or customer management tools
  • Event, campaign, or neighborhood marketing ideas
  • Practical next steps and project priorities
What you receive

After the session, you will have a clearer understanding of your current digital presence, the systems available to support your business, and the most practical opportunities to improve how customers find, understand, and engage with you.

Step 3

Scope Agreement

After the strategy session, I prepare a recommended scope of work based on what your business actually needs.

This may include a focused project, a phased build, a monthly support agreement, or some combination of all three.

The scope agreement defines
  • The project goals
  • Specific deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Communication expectations
  • What is included
  • What is not included
  • Pricing and payment structure
  • Ongoing support options

This keeps the work clear, realistic, and aligned with your business priorities.

Common Project Areas

Brand and Business Foundation

Clarifying your message, audience, positioning, customer experience, and core business story.

Website and Public Presence

Building or improving your website so customers can quickly understand who you are, what you offer, where to find you, and what to do next.

Google and Local Visibility

Improving your Google Business Profile, Maps presence, local search signals, reviews strategy, and customer discovery pathway.

Marketing and Campaign Systems

Creating practical structures for social media, events, email, neighborhood outreach, seasonal campaigns, and targeted local marketing.

Ongoing Support

Continued help with website updates, Google profile improvements, content planning, local visibility, campaign support, and digital problem-solving.

Pricing Structure

Most work is organized through milestone pricing and monthly support.

Milestone Pricing

Milestone pricing is used for defined project phases such as brand foundation work, website builds, Google setup, campaign planning, or marketing system setup. This gives each project a clear beginning, middle, and end.

Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainers are used when a business needs ongoing support after the initial project. This may include regular updates, optimization, local visibility work, content planning, campaign support, and strategic guidance. Retainers are customized based on the level of involvement needed.

Who This Is For

This work is a good fit for small businesses that:

  • Have a strong real-world business but an unclear digital presence
  • Need more than a basic website
  • Want practical guidance, not jargon
  • Need help connecting brand, web, Google, social, and business systems
  • Care about customer experience
  • Want to look more established without losing their personal character
  • Are ready to make decisions and move forward

This is especially relevant for local service businesses, hospitality, wellness, creative businesses, neighborhood shops, restaurants, studios, and owner-operated companies.

My Role

I serve as a practical digital partner for small businesses.

That means I help connect strategy with execution. I can help clarify the brand, structure the website, improve local visibility, identify useful systems, organize marketing priorities, and support implementation.

The work is collaborative. You bring the business knowledge. I help translate it into a clearer public presence and more usable digital system.

Start With a Fit Call

The first step is a free 30-minute fit call.

From there, we can determine whether a paid strategy session makes sense and what kind of support would be most useful for your business.
